• Ownership: All intellectual property rights in materials provided by the Client remain with the Client. Materials created by Blackbird Digital during the provision of services will be owned by the Company until full payment is received, at which point ownership will transfer to the Client.
• License: The Client grants Blackbird Digital a limited, non-exclusive license to use Client materials solely for the purpose of providing the services.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the services. This obligation will survive the termination of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackbird Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• The Client’s violation of any rights of another party.
